By Nwogha Ndubuisi Andy, Abakaliki The Peoples Democratic Party, PDP, Ebonyi state chapter has raised alarm over alleged collection of PVC’s and names of youths, victims of volatile communities by the ruling All Progressive Congress, APC, in the state. The opposition party alleged that the collection of the above names and PVC’s would be used for political reasons, especially to beef up the membership registration, update & revalidation exercise of the ruling party in the state. The Acting Chairman of PDP, Elder Fred Udeogu made this known while speaking to newsmen in Abakaliki, capital of Ebonyi state.
