A physically challenged lady, Mrs Eze Maria who was appointed as Special Assistant to the Executive chairman, Abakaliki Local Government Area, Hon Stephen Ebere Nwogba has testified that her appointment has proven that there’s hope in every situation in life.
The visually impaired Cosmetologist, Mrs Eze who spoke with Citizens Advocate on weekend, 19th August,2023 expressed joy over her political appointment narrated that the appointment was unbelievable and explained that God used the Executive Chairman to uplift her from life of hopelessness.
She admonished parents not to condemn their children despite their condition as every child is a gift from God.
Eze who commended the state governor, Chief Francis Ogbonna Nwifuru and Hon Nwogba for remembering the blind called on Nigerians not to go into crime due to hardship occasioned by the subsidy removal but continue praying for their leaders for wisdom as to rescue the country from its present situation.
“I am impressed with the appointment, my family, church members and friends have been showering praises to God for the call for service.
“As at the time the Executive Chairman of Abakaliki LGA, Hon Stephen Ebere Nwogba pronounced the appointment, my sight was restored in me as I saw that there’s hope in every situation.
“I am a native of Ndubia Igbeagu in Izzi Local Government Area and into Cosmetology and I pray that God will continue to use the chairman for the service of humanity.
Recall that Hon Stephen Ebere Nwogba on 12th July,2023 appointed Mrs Eze Maria Alice as his Special Assistant on person with disabilities.
