The erstwhile Minister of State for Power and Steel Chief Goddy Ogbaga (a.k.a Ezeudo) has tasked the entire Izzi people the need to embrace unity for the welfare and overall development of the clan in the state.

The Minister stated this while addressing Management of the Turning Point Newspaper led by the Editor-in-chief Comrade Nwogha Ndubuisi Andy who paid him a courtesy visit at his residence in Abakaliki, Ebonyi state capital.
The Minister who is presently the Chairman of Ebonyi State Health Insurance scheme described unity as the major workforce through which the political dream of the people could be attained come 2023, decried the ugly attitude of some individuals who are hell bent instead of championing the unity and togetherness of the clan.
He stated that working as a team is far better than being individualistic as a popular saying had it that “united we stand,and divided we fall” stressing the need for all and sundry to show spirit of accommodation, love and unity among members to enable them achieve their dreams.
He thanked management staff of the newspaper for their good work saying that the importance of media can not be over emphasized and called on them to employ high level of professionalism in the discharge of their duties and always report an accurate and well investigated stories at all times to avoid bringing the image of clan and the state at large to a false limelight.
Earlier, the Editor-in-chief of the newspaper Comrade Nwogha Ndubuisi appreciated the Minister for his warm welcome stating that the establishment of the newspaper was geared towards reporting the affairs confronting the clan.
He added that the newspaper is devoid of any political interest and could only be used to support their day to day activities.
