Ebonyi state chairman of the All Progressive Congress,( APC) Chief Stanley Okoro Emegha has restated the readiness of the party to defeat opposition parties in the State come 2023 general elections.
The party boss made this assertion while addressing different groups of Non governmental organizations supporting APC at the party Secretariat in Abakaliki, the State capital.
Emegha said APC as a national party is already on ground in the State and has all it takes to clinch all positions, said APC government under the leadership of Govrnor David Umahi has made the state economic hub in the Country, assuring to leave no stone unturned to ensure the victory of the party.
He noted the essence of the meeting was to inform them to massively support the candidature of Chief Francis Neifuru to become the next Governor of the State, adding that Nwifuru remains the best candidate for the position.
He charged the people to go to the grassroot and preach the good works of Governor Umahi and Speaker Nwifuru, while expressing confidence that APC candidates would witness landslide victory and disclosed the preparedness of the party to hold two million match in the State and called all and sundry to join APC, describing it as the moving train.
Chief Emegha who applauded Governor Umahi giant strides in the State, pledged his unflinching supports to his administration at all times to move the State forward.
