The Nigerian Army have decorated the officer Commanding 82 Provost Detachment Nkwagu Cantonment O.H Adeniyi as captain.

The decoration was held at the the Nkwagu millitary Cantonment officers’ mess Abakaliki on Tuesday.

Capt Adeniyi who was commissioned into the Nigerian Army Corp of the Millitary Police in December 2017 of which he is the Acting officer coommanding 82 Provost Detachment Abakaliki.

In his remark, the Commanding officer, 24 support Engineer Regiment, Lt Colonel A.M Sa’ad described captain Adeniyi as a disciplined officer who has put in efforts in making a difference in the Army.

Lt Col Sa’ad advised him to continue to be an upright officer in the course of discharging his duties while applauding him for his commitment to getting the job done especially the remodeling of the millitary police office and repairs of official Hilux and motorcycles.

Also, representative of the 82 division forward group Enugu, Captain Idris, congratulated the new captain and urged his to double up his efforts in discharging his duties.

The Commanding Officer 74 pol reserved depo, Major I. B Attah, emphasized that the bedrock of the Millitary is disciple, and stressed that capt Adeniyi should check his subordinates and correct them.

Major I. B Attah charged him to be firm and friendly and attend Mess activities.

The Commandant, Command secondary school Abakaliki, col achikasin advised the capt Adeniyi to use his office to affect his office, subordinates and his superior stating that supporting his superiors will attract more benefits.

He called on Army wives to make their homes peaceful in order to enable their spouse perform excellently at work.

In his vote of thanks, Captain Adeniyi thanked God for the promotion and promised to continue discharging his duties delligently.
