The General Overseer of the Evangelical Outreach Ministries International, Prophet Isa El Buba, who is also the Pioneer of Intitiave For A Better And Brighter Nigeria,( IBBN), on Wednesday 14th July,2021 called for a New Nigeria; free of corruption and said the movement is determined to ensure no ungodly person is allowed to access the Leadership of the country come 2023.

El-Buba, who led 3-hours none denominational marathon prayers, organized by the IBBN and hosted by the Redeemed Christian Church Of God, RCCG, Faith Terbernacle Parish, stated this in Abakaliki, the Ebonyi State Capital.

According to him: “This is the first time in the history of the church, where the church are all saying the same thing, by 2023, no ungodly man will access the Aso Villa”.

The clergyman, also noted the state of the economy and insecurity of the Country and attributed it to bad Leadership, nepotism, misappropriation of priorities and called on well meaning Christians in Nigeria to rise up to the challenge and pray towards installing quality Leaders who will be accountable to the people.

“The war has begun, but first we must maintain the prayer force, that’s why in some of the states we have gone to, members of the house of Assembly, the Judiciary, the Executives, Business men and women, General overseers of their churches and Ministries are seeking the face of the Lord”.

He called for the coming together of prayer volunteers in the State numbering up to four hundred and ninety people as to give themselves to prayers in ensuring the success of the mission to a new Nigeria, and urged Christians to contribute financially towards achieving the goal.

“By the Grace of God, we are taking over every Ward and pooling unit, the intercessors will be planted in all the pooling units, so there’s no space for the devil to reign.

” We must contribute to make things happen, the wicked contribute amongst themselves to oppress the innocent even among cultists, the righteous and the innocent must also contribute amongst themselves to deal with the wicked”.

Also speaking, Rev Dr Chung Pan chu, the National Executive Director Of IBBN, said the initiative is a Nationwide movement for Nigerians who are tired with the wickedness of bad leadership.

“The movement is mainly for a change, we want God fearing people that we can trust them with our votes to rule us, because of the happenings in Nigeria,

“We have gone to nineteen States and we have more States to go, we’ll continue till we finish the entire States in Nigeria, We want to register 20 million persons, and that will give us presidency comes 2023”. He explained.

However, lamented over the inability of the current administration to deliver it’s numerous campaign promises to the people, and recalled how the President Buhari led government, promised to strengthen the economy and tackle insecurity in the country which they have not been able to achieve.

He called on well meaning Nigerians to support the movement, irrespective of thier religion and Political beliefs, for a better and a peaceful Nigeria.

However,in address presented by the state Coordinator, Pastor Lawrence Okechukwu noted that the important of the 2-million man inter denominational prayer rally cannot be overemphasized in view of the great hostility, high rate of killings, intimation of churches and personalities that the country is facing in the recent past.

He explained that in every generation, when a man faces troubles as currently experiencing has always resort to God in total repentance and beg for the healing of the land, saying that the unbated shedding of blood has posed serious threat to the cooperate existence of the country which no part is safe any longer.

Pastor Okechukwu noted that despite the quantum troubles that there’s hope for a better Nigeria, and charged the people to give their support in prayers and supplication with prophet Isa El-Buba in seeking the face of God to heal the land.
