The Chairman, National Association of Nigerian Traditional Medicine Practitioners, NANTMP, Ebonyi State Chapter, Rev. Dr. Sam Ezenyi has described Chief Pius Ola of Nwezenyi Igbeagu Community in Izzi Local Government Area of Ebonyi State as a greater achiever.

Dr. Ezenyi said that Chief Pius Ola (aka Nwambada Igbo 1 of Nwezenyi) has in his office recorded many achievements since elected as the village head of Nduokpoto Nwezenyi.

He commended the village head whom he said, made his village to start wearing a new face in resumption of office.
He noted that Chief Ola has been using his office to set a standard by fighting criminals and all other abnormalities trailing the quarters, restoring peace and tranquility in the crisis zones with his committed effort to rid off all elements promoting divisions in his area.
He enumerated social amenities, such as, the village gigantic town hall, met at the foundation level but Ola has completed it.

His extension of electricity in the village, completion of Junction Secondary School, Nwezenyi, equipped its library and laboratory, assisting the less privileges, granting of an opened door policy and his total negligence to bribery and corrupt tendencies while passing judgement in his office were much adorned by the Chairman.

With the forging attributes, Rev. Dr. Ezenyi urged Nduokpoto Nwezenyi people to continue supporting him to broaden more his good work, pointing that, “one good tenure, deserves another.”

He added that, Chief Ola would utilize the experiences acquired in the office, to attract more social amenities for the benefits of the villagers.

Ola has expressed joy for all the supports enjoyed from his subjects and however, pledged more commitment and dedication to duty if allowed to lead for the second term.
He maintained that his leadership would be participatory, assuring greater efforts in his office to attract more democratic dividends to the village.

According to him,”My target is to turn Nwezenyi to the most beautiful city in Igbeagu community. I only need my people’s continuous supports and prayers, believing that, I will ensure that my office is opened for the benefits of everybody,” he said.

He congratulated the Executive Chairman of Izzi Local Government Area, Hon. Paul Nwogha for his successful re-election, described him as a leader with difference.

He felicitated with all the artilleries of Governor David Nweze Umahi’s led administration for their impactful leadership styles in Ebonyi State and Nigeria at large.
According to him, Governor David Nweze Umahi has put Ebonyi State in a centre stage of Africa developmental maps.

He also expressed gratitude to the Speaker of the Ebonyi State House of Assembly, Rt. Hon. Francis Ogbonna Nwifuru for his mature and wise dispositions as the Speaker of the state, who recorded utmost peace and conduct since the inception of the state.
He commended the effects of the village stakeholders including Chief Godwin Nwamini, Hon. Peter Iteshi, Chief Bone Nweze, the Chairman, Red Cross Society in Ebonyi State, Elder Ogbonna Ezenyi, Hon. Obiya Friday, Comrade Emeka Igboke-the youth President, and his dear wife.

Meanwhile, testifiers of Chief Ola’s leadership from the village, a staff of the Junction Secondary School Nwezenyi who tesified that Chief Ola has completed the school project, Mr. Jeremiah Ogbonna, and others including Mr. Ifeanyi Nweze and Mrs. Ijeoma Nwakpu extolled Chief Ola’s excellent performance and called for his second term’s re-election when the time is due.
